What are the file dimensions you need? I have NO idea what file dimensions someone needs when they're talking about putting it on their phone.

My screencaps are kind of HUGE! LOL I'll see what I can do...which ones do you want exactly? I can't do the Bunny Massu unless I find that Lawson commercial again. It got deleted from my computer...thanks to the stupid fiance.

As for making the GIFs...all you need to do is a good screencapping program...such as GOM Player, cap the video, then have a GIF making program such as Beneton Movie GIF and there you go! Also, it helps if you have a program that resizes pics like Photoshop (or if you don't have Photoshop and don't want to pay for it, GIMP is free!)
